Michael Garrity is a solutions engineer at Datto Inc. His role involves being both a pre and post sale technical resource for the Datto sales team. Michael’s responsibilities include technical demonstrations of the Datto products suite, trainings, and acting as a Datto evangelist. Before joining the sales team, he was a member of the technical support team. During his 2 years in support, he specialized in issues relating to disaster recovery, virtual products, and enterprise level devices. Prior to Datto, Michael worked as a field service technician for a managed services provider in Connecticut. There he was able to receive hands on experience with technologies throughout various industries.
